SHIPPING & RETURNS
Once you have placed your order on our online store, we will send you an email confirmation.
Orders are processed Monday to Saturday. Those placed after 12pm on Saturday will be shipped the following Monday. You will receive an email once your items have been dispatched.
Please note, these shipping times are estimated and may take longer than expected, especially over Bank Holidays and during busy periods such as Christmas.
Orders will be shipped using Royal Mail and in most cases, a signature will be required on receipt. If you miss delivery, please follow the instructions left to re-arrange delivery or collection.
For items shipped outside the United Kingdom, customs or import duty may be applied. This is outwith our control and Ryan James is not responsible for these costs.

We hope you are completely satisfied with your new purchase, but understand that sometimes you may need to return an item.
We are happy to accept returns within 14 days of purchase for a full refund to the original payment method, providing they meet our criteria. Items should be in their original condition; unworn, unused, undamaged with all tags and tickets attached, and be in the original packaging.
To return an item, please notify us by email at: email@example.com including your contact details and reason for return. We will provide you with a returns address.
You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods and we recommend using a secure, tracked delivery method and ensuring you have proof of postage when returning items to us.
Please note, items are returned at your expense unless items are faulty.
Once we receive your return, we will contact you promptly to arrange a refund. We aim to have all refunds resolved within 7 days, though individual card provider and bank processing times may vary.
