Can I add a personalised message to my order?

Of course! Each gift box includes the choice of a complimentary note card which can include your own personal message. Simply enter your message at the checkout and leave the rest to us.

Can I order multiple gifts to be delivered to different addresses? 

Unfortunately our online store can only allow one delivery address per order. Should you wish to send multiple gifts to different addresses, please submit each order separately.

Do you include any receipts or prices in the box?

Each of our gift boxes are designed to be sent directly to the recipient so there will be no receipts or prices included within the box. 

You will receive an order confirmation by email with full details of your purchase.

How will the gift box be packaged?

How long will it take for my order to be processed?

Each of our curated gift boxes is packed by hand. Please allow 1-2 working days for orders to be packed and dispatched with a further 1-3 working days for delivery dependent on your delivery preference. 

You will be notified once your order has been dispatched and if using a tracked delivery service, tracking details will be supplied.

I haven’t yet received my order, what should I do?

We do our best to pack and dispatch orders as quickly as possible and rely on delivery services to get your parcels delivered on time but delays can occur, particularly during busy periods such as Christmas. 

If your gift box has still not arrived within our estimated delivery window, please get in touch by email at support@ryanjamesstudio.com and we can look into this further for you.

At the moment, we only deliver boxes purchased online within the UK. If you want to make a purchase to be sent outside of this area, please get in touch: support@ryanjamesstudio.com and we will do our best to help you.

What is your returns policy?

We are sure your gift will be well received but should you need to make a return, please let us know by email at support@ryanjamesstudio.com within 14 days of delivery.

My gift box has arrived and an item is damaged, what should I do?

We do our best to ensure each order is packed safely and securely, but sometimes damage can occur. If any items arrive damaged, please let us know by email at support@ryanjamesstudio.com within 7 days of delivery.

Mini: 235mm length x 165mm width x 22mm depth

Letterbox: 340mm length x 230mm width x 23mm depth

Small: 280mm length x 230mm width x 110mm depth
